Defective or Damaged Items

•Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Fraud & Chargebacks

• We take fraud seriously. Any attempts to dispute valid charges will be investigated and may result in a permanent ban and legal action.

• Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched information may be canceled.
