Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days, beginning the next business day after your order is placed. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout; however, the 3–5 business day processing time still applies.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Signature Required

All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold the package at a designated pickup location.

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-Order Policy (Untammed Collection)

This item is a pre-order. All pre-orders require 5–6 weeks for processing. Customers will receive weekly email updates throughout the processing period.

Once processing is complete, shipping will take an additional 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

Any unauthorized bank disputes or chargebacks will be taken seriously and may result in legal action.
