Shipping policy

Processing Time (ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE) 

• Orders are processed in 7-10 business days, starting the next business day after your order is placed.

• Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping: Faster delivery is available, but the 7-10 day processing time still applies.

Shipping Area

• We ship only within the United States.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Signature Required

• All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

• If no one is available to sign, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold the package at a pickup location.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear.

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Any unauthorized bank disputes or chargebacks will be taken seriously and will result in legal action.
