Shipping policy

Processing Time

• Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, starting the next business day after your order is placed.

• Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Time

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping: Faster delivery is available, but the 3-5 day processing time still applies.

Shipping Area

• We ship only within the United States.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Signature Required

• All orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

• If no one is available to sign, the carrier may reschedule delivery or hold the package at a pickup location.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear.

PREORDER POLICY:

All pre-orders require 5–6 weeks for processing. Customers will receive weekly email updates throughout the processing period.

Once processing is complete, shipping will take an additional 5–7 business days.

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted. Any unauthorized bank disputes or chargebacks will be taken seriously and will result in legal action.
